Turning complex CPS Energy stories into simple,

Turning complex CPS Energy stories into simple, memorable ideas.

Why it Works

The creative uses two simple lines.

The creative uses two simple lines.

“Where does your power bill actually go?” and "Lowest electric rates of any major city in Texas"…

To create curiosity and proud relief, then reveals the broader community impact through a concise, motion-driven story.

The goal was to make a financial concept feel local, tangible, and easy to understand, using animation, typography, and visual pacing to turn a potentially dry subject into an engaging brand story.

Re-Engagement Guaranteed. Two Sales Touchpoints

This activation is an engineered sales holding pattern, not a simple booth attraction. By pairing industrial-grade hardware redundancy with an asynchronous pickup model, ensuring a guaranteed second interaction. Your sales team gets a captive queue to pre-qualify leads upfront, followed by a frictionless return visit to deepen the conversation, turning chaotic floor traffic into a highly controlled pipeline.

1. The "Rope Drop" Gamification

The play: Weeks before the conference, we deploy targeted voting assets to your existing email list. The result: Attendees don't wander on Day 1. They make a beeline directly to your booth to claim the custom avatar experience they already invested in.

2. The Two-Touchpoint Qualification

The initial AI intake secures 3 minutes of high-quality talk time. Then, the asynchronous pickup forces a return visit 30 to 45 minutes later, giving your sales team a natural opening to deeply qualify and tag the lead (A, B, or C).

3. The Industrial Speed Engine

The guarantee: Your footprint will not bottleneck. The mechanics: We operate with 100% on-site hardware redundancy using dual printers and dual 5-capacity presses. We guarantee a continuous throughput of 40 to 50 custom assets per hour, meaning even if a machine fails, the line never stops.

4. The Post-Show Handoff

The delivery: You do not leave Las Vegas with a spreadsheet of raw, unqualified badge scans. The assets: Your internal team ingests a fully segmented, qualified list directly into your CRM. Simultaneously, we hand over an arsenal of 30+ short-form POV videos captured on the floor for your immediate marketing deployment.

A/B Testing the Concept Before Building It

SATX Climate Controlled Volleyball

Why it Works

Rather than choosing between two concepts based on opinion.

Rather than choosing between two concepts based on opinion.

We created two distinct website experiences to test what resonates most with the San Antonio community.

CONCEPT A — Indoor Climate-Controlled Volleyball Training Facility
A purpose-built indoor environment focused on volleyball training, practice, competition, and year-round play.

CONCEPT B — Indoor Climate-Controlled Beach Destination
A more experiential destination designed around volleyball, surfing, recreation, and community—bringing the feeling of a beach destination indoors.

01 — Create and Test Two Real Experiences

Each concept had its own messaging, imagery, positioning, and calls to action. The goal was to make each feel like a real destination, not just a different headline. We invited people in and around San Antonio to explore both concepts and respond, giving us more than stated opinions. Through Google Analytics, we could also see how people engaged with each experience, including which concept attracted more visitors, how long visitors stayed engaged, which content they explored, which calls to action generated responses, and how visitors moved through each experience.

02 — Capture Preferences and Encourage Interaction

A simple voting experience let visitors choose the concept they preferred. We compared those responses with website engagement data to create a fuller view of audience interest. A floating volleyball added a playful, interactive element to the experience. It reinforced the volleyball connection, encouraged exploration, and made the test feel less like a survey. Behavior + stated preference = stronger validation.

03 — Use the Data to Guide the Next Step

The goal isn’t to choose a winner based on one metric. It’s to understand what people respond to, how they behave, and what they say they want. Together, these signals help identify which concept has the strongest case for further development. Two concepts. Two experiences. Real audience behavior. One informed direction.
